2014 till 2022

2014 was a special year which the company was born.

The logo and concept of business start to evolve from a small idea, just to get out of the corporate stress as an

employee.

The business started with trading of various brand of pump spare parts till today, it has developed mutual trust from

various manufacturers with the common interest to reach out to a bigger market and wider customer groups.

Since 2014, the company has had sold various brand of products including Centrifugal pumps API 610 from Weir UK,

Gabbioneta Italy, Begemann Netherlands (Holland), Union Pump Battlecreek, Union Pump Japan, David Brown France,

Guinard Brown France, DMW Corporation Japan and went through the saga of Clydeunion and SPX ClydeUnion and today

Celeros. Through the years, the company also assisted in sourcing for brand of Magnetic driven pumps from Sanwa

Japan, Texel-Seikow Japan, Hayashi Kakohk, CDR UK, Chemquip UK, Tecnium Spain, Greenpump Italy, etc.

The company also source API 674 reciprocating pumps from ClydedUnion pumps, DMW Corporation Japan and API 675

metering pumps from Sakura Seisakusho Japan; ISO 2858 / ISO 5199 pumps from Kawamoto Japan and Hitachi Wuxi

(Especially high flow pumps).

The most interesting of all is to bring the High speed OH6 pumps from China to the Asia Market, application duty for low

flow and high head processes. It has the shortest delivery schedule for similar high speed OH6 pumps presence in the

market. The original design concept was from Sundyne pumps developed for the Aerospace by Sundstrand USA and

which was later marketed and manufactured by Nikkio Sundstrand in Japan. The range includes LMV 311, LMV 322, LMV

331, LMV 341, etc. the technology has been more than 50 years and no longer having an patent in design. High Speed

pumps played an important role in the plant processes, and at the same time, fustrated many due to its long lead time

and expensive parts due to minimum number of suppliers. Noneless, the technology normalization has becomes

common gloablly. Since the year 1997, our China factory with its own experiences and development of high-speed

machineries, has improvised and manufactured API610 OH6 with great commitment to meeting the needs of the end

customers.

The company also has reached out to customer selling replacement and service repairs for Static mixers from Omoris

Wuxi, Komax USA, Westfall Australia, Fluytec Spain in material of constructions of FRP, GRP, PVC, CPVC, SS304, SS316,

Our marketing philosophy and local network in each country has proven to brings the world closer for engineering supplies and services.

The company was solely an entrepreneur's aspiration from 2011 to provide a reliable source of original engineering equipments and parts which has no local presence and support. Oversea manufacturers sees us as a bridge to “connect” with their customers in Singapore and today, our sales network covers Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Bangladesh, Thailand and Philippines. In the same year, it has also initiated Service Liberalization Program, an idea of co-opetition which the company is continuously introducing its value to the market. This brings values especially in replacement of equipment in the plant when local support are barely available at reasonable prices. Inorder to provide one stop service to the customers while fulfil the obligation to all partners, it expands its service network through collaborating with reliable local workshops, to meet requirement of overhaul services and repairs of various rotating mechanical equipments and electrical motors. In January 2014, the company took a new name Est Mech Pte Ltd as a platform to provide project's facilitating services. By the beginning of 2015, the company has collabrated with various oversea products manufacturers to grow their local presence through its strong sales networks in Asia as their project's facilitator and/or their exclusive marketing partner for Asia region for wide product ranges from Pumps, Gearboxes & Gear-motors, Blowers, Fans, Mixers & Agitators, valves and etc. Today, the company remains committed to its daily operations and to growing market share on behalf of its valued partners.

The gearbox of this high speed pump was shipped from Malaysia to China by the temporary export scheme for major overhaul and rebuilt. The pump was completed with 5 duty points testing and returned to customer.
